Cacooning

That’s what I call it.  I’m staying home.  I’m recharging.  I’m doing Qi Gong, and Egoscue restucturing movements.  Check out You Tube, Pete Egoscue.  I’m listening to Conscious Talk, (radio that makes a difference).  I’m using Frankensense, and L-Lysine, and vitamin C to heal some skin breakouts.  The skin is the largest organ in the body.  I’d become toxic due to my reactions to stress.  I’m now choosing to be deliberate in my self care.
